„Young enough to be lost, old enough to feel found“
Dear friend or stranger,
when I was preparing the invitations for my birthday party recently, I stumbled across the quote above. It sums up my feelings about being twenty7thirtytwo quite nicely. Young enough to be curious, hence old enough to know who you are – at least to a certain point – or who you want to be. For me, being twenty7thirtytwo is a very precious time. Most of us do no longer have to breathe the dry air of lecture halls, still we haven’t settled yet. We’re grown up, but still: young.
First and foremost, twenty7thirtytwo will be a book&film blog. I’d like to share with you my thoughts on what I’ve read and seen. If you can relate to some of my buzzwords down below, maybe you like to read on, leave a comment and return after a while. I’d be happy if you’d add your thoughts or leave a recommendation yourself. Maybe one day we’ll be a fine little community of art lovers, collecting, as I call it, their pop-cultural condensate?
But twenty7thirtytwo will not only be about books. It will also be about what being that age in these times is like. For me. And I’d like to know what it is like for you. How you feel about this age. Are you excited or afraid? Do you rather see the downsides, the insecurities, or freedom and opportunities? And, naturally: What do you enjoy reading and watching?
So this is for the lazy bones who ain’t got no time to waste away. For the ones still curious & kind. Thanks for visiting and have a nice day.
